Williams has taught fourth grade at Steinbeck Elementary since 1995. In addition to her multiple subject credential, she has a supplemental mathematics credential from Fresno Pacific University. She holds a B.A. in English from CSU Fresno. She was named a Cal TAC member in 2007.
